Avantti Medi Clear is proud to operate two state-of-the-art E-Beam sterilization facilities strategically located in Tijuana, Baja California, just a few miles from the San Diego border. Designed to serve the medical device manufacturing sector, our facilities deliver high throughput, precise dose control, and rapid turnaround times—backed by strict regulatory compliance.

Plant 2
In response to growing customer demand, a second, larger facility is under construction and will open by the end of Q3 2025.
